Any shipping charges incurred by Samia’s Upscale Boutique will be deducted from the refund amount. To ensure your return is accepted and processed in a timely manner, please notify us within 10 days of shipment date. Items received after 14 days of shipment date cannot be returned. The item must be in the same condition it was in when it was shipped. Missing or removed security tags cannot be returned.

Samira’s Upscale Boutique will contact you when your return arrives. Your refund amount will the original sales price, minus our shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment method as original purchase method. You will be refunded within one business day after your return arrives. Please note that anything arriving after the 10-day period will be returned to you.
